Template and iPhone app for a rental property owner.

Goals:

• update look and feel, create a simple modern logo
• implement responsive design; optimize site for mobile device users
• increase SEM conversion rate
• create an app that will allow an owner to track availability of multiple properties using online calendar.

Results:

• bootstrap-based theme and "flat design"
• content is served to any screen-size device without scaling
• Google AdWords conversion rate increased from 0.74% to 5.4%
• working prototype of the application is developed
