Project overview

THe wine tasting room is using a manual process to sign up visitors to wine club programs. The old process requires a visitor to work with a wine ambassador or submit a paper form with handwritten details. The site is looking for a better, quicker process that can improve the quality of collected information as well as allow visitors join a club without staff's assistance.

Solution

A fully digital sign up process implemented as a web application on iPads available on the website. The application is integrated with CMS/CRM and allows visitors enjoy club member benefits the moment the application is submitted.
